Content Guidelines & Platform Policies
What content is not allowed on SeeLove.AI?
We respect users' freedom to explore fictional content. However, the following content is strictly prohibited:
Zero-Tolerance Content
- Any form of child sexual exploitation or pornography
- Characters representing minors in any context
- Underage characters appearing in profiles, greetings, or roleplay scenarios
- Any content implying sexualization of minors
- Age-up ("AUC") versions of characters who are canonically minors
- Bestiality or non-human entities incapable of consent
- Non-consensual sexual content or rape
- Content involving characters unable to consent (e.g., unconscious, intoxicated, mentally incapacitated)
- Self-harm or suicide-related content
- Hate speech targeting protected groups (race, religion, gender identity, politics, etc.)
- Extreme violence causing permanent harm
- Content involving pregnancy harm or abortion scenarios
- Real photos of identifiable individuals (celebrities, politicians, or private persons)
All characters appearing in scenarios must have clearly stated adult ages. If you discover violations, please report them immediately.
NSFW Content Visibility Guidelines
NSFW content may be restricted in visibility depending on platform rules. Content that may receive limited exposure includes:
- Explicit genital exposure
- Explicit bodily fluids
- Graphic sexual acts
Such content may still be allowed but may not be visible to new or unregistered users.

Yes. All chats and characters are private by default unless you choose to make them public.
Creator FAQ
My content was copied. What should I do?
Submit a support ticket and provide proof of ownership. If plagiarism is confirmed, the content may be removed.
Why can't my character be published?
Your character may violate creator guidelines. Please review and update before submitting again.
How do I become a verified creator?
- Join Discord
- Submit a verification ticket
- Provide your SeeLove.AI account ID
- Our team will review your application
Verified creators receive additional benefits and exposure.
Subscription FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription via App Store?
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap Apple ID
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose SeeLove.AI
- Tap Cancel Subscription
What happens after I cancel?
You will retain access until the end of the billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade subscriptions?
Upgrades may take effect immediately depending on the plan. Downgrades are currently not supported; please cancel and resubscribe after expiration.
Why is my subscription not activated?

Account FAQ
Can deleted accounts be recovered?
No. Account deletion is permanent.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Active subscriptions must be canceled before deletion.
Chat & Model FAQ
How do I change the response language?
Adjust language settings in chat settings or instruct the AI directly.
Why do some characters refuse certain topics?
SFW characters strictly avoid sensitive content according to platform safety rules.
What if the AI repeats responses?
Try:
- Removing repetitive messages
- Switching models
- Editing repeated text
- Changing conversation topics
Where can I view generated images?
- Creator-added images appear in chat history
- User-generated images appear under "My Images"
